Events can be cancelled for a full refund if the cancellation period is more than 48 hours before the agreed upon setup time. If you must cancel your party within the 48 hour window of your event due to unforeseen circumstances such as an illness, you will be offered a different available date to reschedule and your deposit will be applied to hold the new date for your event.
Damage Liability:
Any supplied item that is lightly damaged or stained may be subject to a cleaning fee. Any missing or severely damaged materials may be subject to a fee equal to its replacement value.
